Swimming

Salam diri,
Salam Rabu.
Great job! We managed to swimming pagi tadi! Walaupun dengan bantuan ritalin, but it s ok, best kan swimming tadi rasa relax aje otak dan badan. 
Walaupun awan mendung pagi tapi kita redah aje kan. Very good job babe! We love us! We got this! We kinda love swimming hahahaha so ofc kene redah aje tadi pagi. After swimming setengah jam, then ada passing clouds membawa hujan. Berhenti la kejap then continue swimming semula. Suka suka, alhamdulillah. 

Target ptg ni mau swimming juga tapi awan gelap dan hujan ni bukan passing clouds ni. So x perlu la ye diri, it s ok x swimming ptg due to weather. Nnt jumaat, doa2 all good supaya boleh swimming kat pool paroi pula. In sha Allah, aminn aminn.

Best wei feeling main pool s2 tadi after 2 months x swimming. I was a happy person sebab dpt swimming today. Thanks ya Allah, alhamdulillah. Best sunnah Rasulullah ni, dapatlah buat some stretching bahagian blkg upper side dan middle side. X rasa sakit2 belikat ni today, alhamdulillah. Mmg byk benefit swimming ni. Thanks ya Allah sbb gerakkan diri ini utk paksa latihan dan latihan sampai boleh berenang helokk. Tapi masih x helokk sgt lah hahah but delulu is solulu kan, ok apee tadi x lemas dan x minum air pool. Helokk la tuh hahah. 

Teruskan usaha, doa, zikir dan selawat ye diri.
