Period 19 May
Dear diri,
Today 25 May sudah. Esok plan to mandi wajib, hope dah x de apa2 period esok. This month punya period started on 19 May ago, which mean makin berganjak makin awal drpd kebiasaan 25 Dec 2025 (christmast day) dan seangkatan bulan2 similar seperti jan 2026, feb 2026 dan march 2026. And in April, dah mula penampakan ganjakan period itu makin awal tariknya iaitu on 20 April and now bulan ni was 19 May.
Rasanya faktor besar perubahan ni atas faktor:
1. Practising too hard di s2 city park (utk marathon 10km event klcc dated 26 April, but actualy 12km sbnrnya distance nye wei kene scam dgn organizer!).
2. Sakit lutut kiri very painful for weeks.
3. Then tambah pula sakit kedua2 betis kaki for a week time sebab berjalan tangga dari level 43 ke level C di menara sapura pada hari isnin 11 May. Memang sangat sakit ye, very much in pain.
4. Pengaruh ubat2, this time around penuh disiplin makan ubat jadi emosi x terlalu spike up or spike down macam kebiasaan dulu2. Jadi most likely hormon getting stabilized alligning w nature, and this made period hormon pun been affected within the process ke kan.
5. Diet ke laut hahaha. Makan tetap makan expecially this time around byk mkn manis lebih, sebab just craving and wanted to so badly. Lagipun mmg planning to makan extra including minum air jus delima sbb mau derma darah juga. Alhamdulillah lepas test utk derma darah dan managed to derma kat aeon s2 on 2 May rituh. Terima kasih ya Allah.
So it s ok diri. Makin berganjak awal ke pun rasanya x issue pun ye. Keep on tracking period supaya kita boleh lebih kenal pattern diri dgn lebih baik supaya lebih hargai/sayangi diri, lebih bersyukur dan menjadi org yg bermanfaat.
